Power Naps can heal stress, increase productivity and improve your health.
Seriously though, children take regular naps as they exert a lot of energy and need to recuperate. At that young age, parents and kindergarten teachers still allow them to do so, while as you get older, you’re deprived of this luxury - or let me correct: necessity.
